Tuition & Fees for 2013

The Board of Regents of the Pillsbury College & Seminary has established the following tuition rates, effective January 1, 2010:

Undergraduate tuition: $77 per credit hour
Graduate-level tuition: $110 per credit hour

All fees are payable in U.S. dollars only

Tuition fees includes the cost of all coursework including textbooks.*

Tuition for Undergraduate Degrees:

Associate of Ministry (AMin)
60 credit hours -- $4,620 (without transfer or LLE credits)
Terms: $740 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Bachelor of Ministry (BMin)
120 credit hours -- $9,240 (without transfer or LLE credits)
Terms: $740 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Tuition for Master's Degrees:

Master of Ministry (MMin)
30 credit hours -- $3,300
Terms: $900 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Master of Theology (ThM) (MMin + 30)
60 credit hours -- $6,600 (without transfer or LLE credits)
Terms: $1,350 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Master of Divinity (MDiv) (ThM + 30)
90 credit hours --$9,900 (without transfer or LLE credits)
Terms: $900 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Master of Christian Counseling (MCC)
NCCA: 45 credit hours -- $4,950
Terms: $900 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Master of Christian Psychology (CPsyM)
NCCA: 75 credit hours --$8,250
Terms: $900 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Tuition for Doctoral Degrees:

Doctor of Ministry (DMin) (90 hr. Master's or equivalent required)
30 credit hours -- $3,300 (without transfer credits)
Terms: $1050 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Doctor of Theology (ThD) (2nd doctorate: DMin plus 30 hrs.)
60 credit hours -- $6,600 (without transfer credits)
Terms: $1,950 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Doctor of Christian Counseling (DCC)(75 hr. Master's or equivalent required)
NCCA: 60 credit hours -- $6,600
Terms: $1050 initial payment plus $150 monthly

Doctor of Christian Psychology (CPsyD) (2nd doctorate: DCC plus 45 hrs.)
NCCA: 45 credit hours -- $4,950
Terms: $1050 initial payment plus $150 monthly

The $50 registration fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted as a student.

Entering students who submit a registration form for a degree program will have 90 days in which to complete the process, including the payment of the initial fee and will receive a no-interest financial agreement for the balance. After 60 days, the entering student who has not completed the process will be placed on inactive status, the registration form will become invalid, and the $50 registration fee will be forfeited.

There is an additional $10 per credit hour charge for Life Learning Experience (LLE) credits and some transfer credits. Approved transfer and LLE credits are applied towards the total credit hours needed for degree completion and graduation. However, students must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours in their course of study at PCS in order to graduate.

* For NCCA counseling degrees, tuition includes textbooks, clinical supervision, and required APS reports.

Pillsbury College & Seminary is owned, controlled, and operated by the FreeWay Foundation, a non-profit ministry which provides "practical teaching and training for successful living." The Foundation pays the salaries and benefits of Pillsbury's administration, staff, and faculty members. The College & Seminary is housed at no charge in FreeWay Foundation's spacious modern building on a beautiful 2-acre campus in northwest St. Louis County. Since the overhead costs of the school are minimal, these substantial savings are passed along to the student in the form of lower tuition rates.
